מי אחראי על המידע

העסקים המשתמשים בשירות (מאמנים וסטודיואים) הם הבעלים והאחראים על המידע של הלקוחות והמתאמנים שלהם. אנחנו מספקים להם את התוכנה ומעבדים את המידע עבורם ולפי הנחיותיהם.

על מידע של משתמשי העסק עצמם (בעלי חשבון וצוות) אנחנו אחראים ישירות. ליצירת קשר: shupit21@gmail.com.

איזה מידע נאסף

פרטי חשבון: שם, כתובת אימייל, מספר טלפון ופרטי העסק.

מידע על לקוחות ומתאמנים שהעסק מזין או שהמתאמן מוסר בעצמו: שם, טלפון, שאלון אפיון (גיל, מין, גובה, משקל, מטרות, היסטוריה רפואית שהמתאמן בוחר למסור), מדידות גוף, תמונות התקדמות, תשובות לשאלוני מעקב, תוכניות אימון ותזונה ויומני ביצוע.

אימות מתאמן: מספר הטלפון משמש לשליחת קוד אימות ב-SMS. השליחה מתבצעת על ידי Google Firebase Authentication.

מידע טכני: נתוני שימוש בסיסיים ויומני שגיאות לצורך אבטחה ותפעול תקין.

פרטי תשלום: התשלומים מתבצעים דרך ספק סליקה (PayPlus). אנחנו לא שומרים מספרי כרטיס אשראי.

שימוש במידע

הפעלת השירות עבור העסק והמתאמנים שלו: ניהול לקוחות, תוכניות, תורים ושיעורים, מדידות והתקדמות, חשבוניות והצעות מחיר.

שליחת הודעות הקשורות לשירות (תזכורות, קישורים אישיים, קודי אימות).

אבטחה, מניעת שימוש לרעה ושיפור השירות.

אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי ולא משתמשים בו לפרסום.

חיבור לשירותי Google

בהרשאה מפורשת של בעל החשבון, השירות יכול להתחבר ליומן Google, ל-Google Analytics ול-Gmail:

יומן Google: קריאה ויצירה של אירועי יומן, כדי להציג ולסנכרן פגישות ושיעורים.

Google Analytics: קריאה בלבד של דוחות האתר של העסק, להצגה בלוח הבקרה.

Gmail: קריאה בלבד, לצורך איתור חשבוניות של ספקים (קבצי PDF מצורפים). ההרשאה ל-Gmail היא חד-פעמית: אסימון הגישה לא נשמר אצלנו, והוא פג תוך זמן קצר. קבצים שזוהו כחשבונית מנותחים כדי לחלץ את פרטיה ונשמרים כטיוטה; הם הופכים לרישום בספרים רק לאחר אישור המשתמש. הודעות וקבצים שאינם חשבוניות לא נשמרים.

השימוש של ALREADY במידע שהתקבל מ-Google APIs, וההעברה שלו לכל אפליקציה אחרת, עומדים במדיניות Google API Services User Data Policy, כולל דרישות ה-Limited Use. אנחנו משתמשים במידע זה רק כדי לספק את התכונות הגלויות למשתמש, לא מעבירים אותו לגורמים אחרים מלבד ספקי המשנה הנחוצים להפעלת התכונה, ולא משתמשים בו לפרסום או לאימון מודלים כלליים של בינה מלאכותית.

אפשר לבטל את החיבור בכל עת מהגדרות החשבון, או דרך https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

סרטוני YouTube

השירות מציג סרטוני הדגמה לתרגילים באמצעות YouTube API Services ונגן YouTube המוטמע. השימוש בהם כפוף ל-YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) ול-Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

ספקי משנה

כדי להפעיל את השירות אנחנו משתמשים בספקים הבאים: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (אימות, מסד נתונים ואחסון קבצים), Vercel (אחסון האתר), Anthropic (תכונות בינה מלאכותית, כגון בניית תוכנית אימון והפקת פרטי חשבונית), PayPlus (סליקה), Meta (הודעות WhatsApp, כשהעסק מפעיל זאת), וספקי חשבוניות שהעסק בוחר לחבר (Green Invoice, iCount).

הספקים מקבלים רק את המידע הנחוץ לתפקידם.

שמירה ומחיקה

המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל. פריט שנמחק עובר לסל מחזור ונמחק לצמיתות לאחר 30 יום. גיבויים נשמרים לתקופה מוגבלת.

אפשר לבקש גישה למידע, תיקון או מחיקה בפנייה אל shupit21@gmail.com. מתאמן יכול לפנות גם ישירות לעסק שבו הוא מתאמן.

אבטחה

התקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS), המידע של כל עסק מופרד מהמידע של עסקים אחרים, והגישה אליו מוגבלת למורשים. אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין, ואנחנו פועלים לצמצם סיכונים.

קטינים

השירות מיועד לעסקים ולמתאמנים בגירים. מידע על קטין נמסר על ידי העסק או על ידי הורה או אפוטרופוס, באחריותם.

שינויים במדיניות

נעדכן מסמך זה מעת לעת. תאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע בראשו.

Who is responsible for the data

The businesses that use the Service (coaches and studios) own, and are responsible for, the data of their own customers and trainees. We provide the software and process that data on their behalf and on their instructions.

For the data of the business's own users (account owners and team members) we are directly responsible. Contact: shupit21@gmail.com.

What we collect

Account details: name, email address, phone number and business details.

Customer and trainee data entered by the business or supplied by the trainee: name, phone, intake questionnaire (age, sex, height, weight, goals, health background the trainee chooses to share), body measurements, progress photos, check-in answers, workout and nutrition plans and training logs.

Trainee verification: the phone number is used to send a one-time SMS verification code, sent by Google Firebase Authentication.

Technical data: basic usage data and error logs for security and reliable operation.

Payment details: payments go through a payment provider (PayPlus). We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To run the Service for the business and its trainees: customer management, plans, appointments and classes, measurements and progress, invoices and quotes.

To send service messages (reminders, personal links, verification codes).

For security, abuse prevention and improving the Service.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Google connections

With the account owner's explicit permission, the Service can connect to Google Calendar, Google Analytics and Gmail:

Google Calendar: reads and creates calendar events to show and sync meetings and classes.

Google Analytics: read-only access to the business's website reports, shown on the dashboard.

Gmail: read-only, used to find supplier invoices (attached PDF files). Gmail access is one-time: the access token is not stored by us and expires shortly. Files identified as invoices are analyzed to extract their details and kept as a draft; they become a record only after the user approves. Messages and files that are not invoices are not kept.

ALREADY's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this information only to provide user-facing features, do not transfer it to others except to the sub-processors needed to operate the feature, and do not use it for advertising or to train generalized artificial intelligence models.

You can revoke the connection at any time from the account settings, or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

YouTube videos

The Service shows exercise demonstration videos using YouTube API Services and the embedded YouTube player. Their use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Service providers

To run the Service we use: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (artificial intelligence features such as building a training plan and extracting invoice details), PayPlus (payments), Meta (WhatsApp messages, when the business turns this on), and invoicing providers the business chooses to connect (Green Invoice, iCount).

Providers receive only the information needed for their role.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account is active. A deleted item goes to a recycle bin and is permanently deleted after 30 days. Backups are kept for a limited period.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to shupit21@gmail.com. A trainee can also contact the business they train with directly.

Security

Communication is encrypted (HTTPS), each business's data is separated from other businesses' data, and access is limited to authorized people. No system is completely secure, and we work to reduce risk.

Minors

The Service is intended for businesses and adult trainees. Information about a minor is supplied by the business or by a parent or guardian, who are responsible for it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this document from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top.
